Community Needs Assessments

Thank you for your interest and willingness to assist Crisis Intervention Team of Rhode Island in gathering information about how people interact with the crisis system. The results of this survey will be shared with the regional CIT-RI steering committees to help develop goals and objectives towards improving crisis encounters statewide.

The survey will take about ten minutes to complete and includes questions about where and how folks have accessed care and what those interactions were like. All survey answers are confidential.
